undo&nbsp;historical&nbsp;injustice&nbsp;and&nbsp;social&nbsp;exclusion&nbsp;suffered
over&nbsp;a&nbsp;period&nbsp;of&nbsp;time</p>

<p style='margin:0in;font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt' lang=en-US>103 CAA
2019 provided for 10% Quota Reservation for Economically Backward Classes in
educational institutions and in public employment.</p>

lang=en-US>(However, this reservation quota is not applicable to <span

₹8&nbsp;lakh&nbsp;a&nbsp;year&nbsp;or&nbsp;agricultur
land&nbsp;below&nbsp;5&nbsp;acres.&nbsp;</span></li>

who&nbsp;have&nbsp;a&nbsp;house&nbsp;above

yard&nbsp;plot&nbsp;or&nbsp;above&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;notified&nbsp;municipal&nbsp;area&nbsp;or&nbsp;a&nbsp;200
yard&nbsp;plot&nbsp;or&nbsp;above&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;non
-notified&nbsp;municipal&nbsp;area&nbsp;are not&nbsp;eligible</span></li>
