Inspector Rathore then travels to Chambal, where he meets Bhagwan, a poor but honest man and a lascar (you can tell a lascar since he wears a banyan around his waist). After Bachu's death, Neeraja meets Rathore. Now, he is no longer an inspector, but a private person. But, Neeraja senses that his honesty and dedication to the people has not left him and that he is still a good man. Rathore dies in the hands of Bachu by the name of Neeraja Rathore.
Rathore as SP first meets Inspector Sai Dharam Puri. He imagines that all Puris are like him a corrupt. In reality, Rathore is slightly corrupt, and he is not above accepting bribe. But, the only thing that matters to him is truth, and his honesty is legendary. The truth always prevails because he is an honest man, and honesty is catching. The other inspectors respect him, as they feel that he is equal to them.
Rathore as SP, begins his new job and immediately solves all the cases. He makes a list of all the criminals, which gives him immense courage.
